Software Support
In order to use software provided by PRIME most efficiently we offer high-end software support to all our customers within the lease- or maintenance agreement. This service is delivered by experienced and certified engineers who also use the tools in their daily work. With this approach we guarantee highest quality and fastest turn-around times when helping to solve your issues. PRIME’s software support engineers are connected to back-end support from Dassault Systèmes (DS) to ensure communication to DS software development in case of critical issues and specific customer needs.

Using Dassault Systèmes software portfolio delivered by PRIME is straight forward – however: it may need some training to learn the concepts behind the different tools and applications in order to gain maximum output in your engineering projects. PRIME offers different ways to bring your teams up to speed – choose between those options:
