Service is a top priority at TECHNIA (former PRIME). Therefore, we support our customers with comprehensive expertise, creativity and reliability.


Software Support

In order to use software provided by TECHNIA (former PRIME) most efficiently we offer high-end software support to all our customers within the lease- or maintenance agreement. This service is delivered by experienced and certified engineers who also use the tools in their daily work. With this approach we guarantee highest quality and fastest turn-around times when helping to solve your issues. TECHNIA’s (former PRIME’s) software support engineers are connected to back-end support from Dassault Systèmes (DS) to ensure communication to DS software development in case of critical issues and specific customer needs.

Training

TECHNIA has been a certified Dassault Systèmes training partner for 30 years, offering a comprehensive range of CAD, Simulation, DELMIA/NC and PLM training courses on Dassault Systèmes solutions and NX training courses, e.g. for Daimler/Mercedes suppliers, as well as TECHNIA solutions and special topics.

Using Dassault Systèmes software portfolio delivered by TECHNIA (former PRIME) is straight forward – however: it may need some training to learn the concepts behind the different tools and applications in order to gain maximum output in your engineering projects. TECHNIA (former PRIME) offers different ways to bring your teams up to speed – choose between those options:

  • Classroom training at one of our locations in Austria or Germany
  • Live online training with our own training cloud for self-paced autodidactic learning
  • Customized training for your specific project, at our locations or on-site at your workplace

Services
